We want you to love your Hekaya pieces. If something isn't perfectly right, we are here to help.

• Timeline: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, certain intimate items or final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
